Biographical Note
Stuart M. Bernstein, DREI, is a veteran real estate and appraisal educator with nearly three decades of classroom
and platform experience. Stu is the Owner and Director of Best School of Real Estate and Appraisal, Northern Arizona's
largest real estate and appraisal prelicensing and continuing education institution.
In addition to administrative responsibilities of running three campuses in Sedona, Flagstaff, and Prescott, Stu
devotes countless hours to classroom instruction. He is a nationally recognized author and speaker/trainer, as well as
owner/broker of his own real estate brokerage. His specialty is real estate syndication.
Stu has authored numerous articles and educational programs. He has served on many Arizona Real Estate Department
committees and is a private consultant to real estate brokerages throughout Arizona. He is a 1997 recipient of the
Real Estate Educator Association's prestigious DREI designation and has received distinguished service awards from local
real estate boards and associations.
Stu is a 1963 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in English Composition and Communications.
His graduate studies were devoted to Marketing and Advertising.
